Our Modalities
Breathwork
The breath is the bridge between mind and body.
Alexandra studies your breathing patterns to reveal hidden emotional stress and support nervous system regulation. Her East-Meets-West method offers a trauma-informed experience—subtle, sensitive, and distinct from Wim Hof or Holotropic styles.
